Next week we start summer lessons for those who have signed up. I have some a few summer challenges planned for summer students to go along with the challenges that student got who are taking the summer off. We also have music camps starting in a couple weeks. The Beckett School has two great camps that I get to be a part of called Music Mania (ages 5-7) and Music Explorers (ages 7-10).
I wanted to say a bit thank you to everyone who made this year so great! Here are some of the highlights by the numbers:
-9 students completed exams
-1 listening challenge
-5 students competing in the Kiwanis Music Festival
-23 students completing levels and moving onto the next
-4 students participating in Beckettfest
-2 piano recitals
-1 practice challenge
I am very proud of what everyone has accomplished this year. Everyone has made great progress and have met their goals we set back in September. Now enjoy the summer - you have all earned it!
